Fire is element of power. The people of the Fire Nation have desire and will, and the energy and drive to achieve what they want. Earth is the element of subtance. The people of the Earth Kingdom are diverse and strong. They are persistent and enduring. Air is the element of freedom. The Air Nomands detached themselves from wordly concern and found peace and freedom. Also they apparently had pretty good sense of humor! Water is the element of change. The people of Water Tribe are capable of adapting to many things. They have deep sense of community and love that hold them together through anything.

Perang seratus tahun demi menaklukan seluruh dunia sudah berakhir. Raja Api Ozai sudah kalah. Penerusnya yaitu Raja Api Zuko sama sekali tidak berniat untuk meneruskan invasi seluruh dunia yang dimulai pada era kakeknya tersebut. Sebaliknya, bersama sahabatnya, Avatar Aang, dia berusaha mengembalikan dunia kembali kepada kedamaian dan hubungan yang baik antara empat negara. Keempat negara ini kemudian membentuk United Republic of Nation dengan ibukotanya yaitu Republic City. Pada era kedamaian dan persahabatan ini, kemajuan dicapai sangat progresif. Tujuh puluh tahun kemudian, Korra, Avatar setelah Aang tiba di Republic City. Tentu saja, tantangan yang baru akan segera datang kepadanya. Continue reading →
